I have loved the bridges between Halifax and Dartmouth, NS since I first saw them. . .the colors and the simple grace caught my imagination. I finally painted one of them and lordy, it took much much longer to paint than my usual paintings! Still had fun painting it and I will probably try some others, maybe a lino-cut? :)
